1. WHERE ARE WE LOCATED?
- Izzy's Pontoon Rental is located in the heart of the panhandle near Rosemary Beach, Seaside, Grayton Beach, Sandestin, Baytowne, Blue Mountain Beach, Miramar Beach, etc.

2. WHAT IS OUR CANCELLATION POLICY for OUR BOAT RENTALS?
Izzy's pontoon rental offers a 2 week cancellation policy Sunday through Thursday and a 30 day cancellation policy Friday and Saturday.
Yacht Charters- Only 30 days.
3. WHAT IS OUR WEATHER POLICY?
Weather is constantly changing on the panhandle. We can have a storm that lasts all day or a storm that last 20 minutes. As a result, we are constantly monitoring the weather. The radar also isn't always accurate. We don't cancel until 2 hours before your scheduled trip. If we see the weather doesn't permit for a full day of rental, we will cancel and refund your money or schedule another day.
4. DO YOU OFFER CAPTAINED PONTOON RENTALS?
Yes, Izzy's offers captained boats in the 30a area and in Destin. Here is how this works.
a. LIST OF CAPTAINS- We provide you a list of captains for our pontoon boats. You choose from that list and pay the captain directly. We charge a minimal fee for a captain reservation deposit. Captains all charge $50.00 an hour.
b. DESTIN- In Destin we offer two captained boats. Both are 6 pack. The boat only comes with a captain.
